With ‘Jonestown’, Sofia Talvik has further evolved her sound, joining forces with respected artist and producer Tobias Fröberg, who has toured with José Gonzales and produced the artist Peter Morén from “Peter, Bjorn and John”.
Sweden’s most exciting up-and-coming singer/songwriter recently made it to the finals in the online talent competition Famecast which resulted in her being booked to the Lollapalooza festival in Chicago in August. Sofia has also been appointed artist of the week and songwriter of the month on the leading industry sites Hitquarters.com and Songquarters.com.

Pilot Fatique by Pleasure Machine is an absolute excellent debut album release featuring the cream of the danish independent rock scene. "Happiness saves lives" is probably the strongest and most talked about debut album to this date. The album received massive attention as it hit the streets in the middle of the summer 2002 and Kira was proclaimed to be the greatest talent in decades coming out on the danish rock scene. - Due to the recent breakup (2007) Kira and the kindred spirits no longer exist as a band and Kira is currently signed to Chris Blackwell (the legendary founder of Island Records) and trip hop mastermind Tricky and their new label venture Brownpunk. Since their debut Kira and the kindred spirits released two more albums but none (due to not only us) to the heights as "Happiness saves lives". The album was recorded in legendary Sauna Studios in the heart of Copenhagen and in a country house in the northern part of "Devil Island" and includes not only great music but truly loads of blood, sweat and tears too. You can actually hear it and Kira is truly one of the greatest voices in modern times ! - "Happiness saves lives" is the foundation and the first release on Sublime Exile Recordings. In 2008 we are following up the forthcoming album by Kira (to be released on September 1, 2008 on Brownpunk) with a never before released remix version of the critically acclaimed "Losing You" made by DJ Varano. Racing Ape originally formed in 1999. Their self titled debut album hit the streets on September 2 / 2002. Two months later they were proclaimed to be the winners of the honorable '2002 Talent Award' announced by the National Danish Broadcasting Radio / P3. "Festum Melancholia" is Withering's follow-up to their previous full length album, "Gospel of Madness." Withering have been paving their way through the metal underground since the late 1990's while carrying strong musical influences from early 90's melodic death metal artists like Sentenced, Amorphis and Paradise Lost.
"Festum Melancholia" offers up four new tracks and two interludes by the two core members of the band. The group are inspired by the culture of their country, Finland, and the country's heavy metal roots show throughout Withering's compositions.
"Festum Melancholia" is being published on CD format independently by the band, whilst Metalhit.com is handling digital representation for the release.

SONNE HAGAL's second full-time album once more bestows the listener with a journey into the unknown realms of poetry, mysteries and enthralling melodies. Closely connected to Europa's folk-music tradition and the Northern mysteries, the band develops song structures that reach from simple traditional arrangements to complex compositions. The songs, performed in German and English, reveal rediscovered poems as well as self-written lyrics. The atmosphere of the songs varies from intimate, quiet parts to fresher, light-hearted and lively sounds up to heavy distorted parts supported by real or electronic drums.
