FINDING YOUR WAY AROUND THE WEB SITE

The web site is divided into four areas:
Header menu (1), Shopping Cart (2), Browsing (3) and the main area (4)

In the header menu (1) you find links to the Sign Up page where can create a new account, the Account page where you can edit your account information and view your last order, and the FAQ and this Help page.

Below the header is the shopping cart area (2). Here you find a drop down menu containing all releases you have added to your shopping cart. If you haven't added anything to your shopping cart it displays "No Items". To the right is the View Order and the Check Out buttons. View Order gives you a detailed list of your shopping cart, including pricing for all items. Check Out is where you go when you are finished adding releases to your shopping cart and wants to proceed to purchase and download your songs.

Next area is the Browsing Field (3). It contains all the tools needed for browsing the shop's releases. The drop down menu in this area lets you browse through all available releases in alphabetic order, listed by Artist name, Album, or Label. You can also browse by genre.

Further down on the page you find the heart of the shop (4). This is where detailed information about releases is listed. In the left column is a top list of best selling albums and songs, and in the right column you find a list of the latest additions to the shop. When you first enter the shop, new releases are listed in the center column.

When you click on the title of a release, additional track and release details, including pricing for that item, are shown. If you click on the title of a release or the "More" button, you can listen to a preview of any track, before you decide if you want to buy, using the preview player. The preview player loads a low quality preview of the entire track and will play 30 seconds of the track at any selected point before fading out. Once it has faded out, you can continue to listen by simply clicking play again. This way it is very easy to listen to any point of the track easily skipping through the recording just like you would a regular record.

To purchase any item, click on the corresponding button. The item will then be added to your shopping cart. You can add as many items to the shopping cart as you want. If you want to look more closely into your order, or to remove any item from the same before checking out, click the "View Order" button (2). To remove an item from your shopping cart, click the button next to the track/release name. Once you are satisfied with your order, proceed to Check Out by clicking the "Check Out" button to download your mp3's.

By clicking "Check Out" you will be moved to the secure check out area. Here you can pay for your songs by credit/debit card. Once your payment has been processed you will be forwarded to the Download Area. In the Download Area, you can either download each track individually, or zipping all the tracks into one convenient download. If your order contains a lot of tracks we recommend having it zipped.

If you choose to download the songs as a compressed zip archive, you will need to have the right software installed on your computer to un-zip the files. If you're using Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and if you're using a Mac, try StuffIt Expander.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT

To buy from this web site you must first sign up for an account. Returning customers will only have to fill out their details once, if you already have an account, just login with your existing e-mail address and password and start shopping!

New customers, click on "Sign Up" at the top of the page. In the sign-up form, enter your email address, a password of 6 characters or more and your country. You will then be prompted to read and agree to the End User Agreement.

Now you're done! Your Klictrack account is now active and you can start shopping.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

Once you are ready to pay for the items in your order, click on the "Check Out" button. You will then be able to pay using your credit/debit card.

VISA and MASTERCARD are currently accepted.
