How's this to let a girl know what road to take! Angel's very first recording on the Dizzy Gillespie CD, "Closer To The Source", was nominated for a Grammy award. Her road has taken turns leading her to work with such heavy hitters as Quincy, Michael Jackson, Chaka Kahn and Celine Dion. She's toured with Bruce Springsteen, Steven Segal and Mary J. Blige. Her TV credits include film soundtracts such as "Fried Green Tomatoes and the special "Out All Nite" Pattie Labelle. She's even made a couple of film appearances one being the up and coming film with Denzel Washington, "American Gangsters". Angel has accomplished a lot over time but she says, "nothing feels as good as doing it on your own. Doesn't matter if it's major or Indie. In fact, it feels even better going Indie because you get to call your own shots. It is very important to keep growing as an artist. That fact makes me sleep better at night!."

Window Shopping, released in early 2006, employed the talents of acclaimed contemporary jazz guitarist and producer Ken Navarro. A mutual friend was responsible for the creative pairing when she suggested Ken contact Jack for some ideas on Internet radio resources. A longtime admirer of Ken’s work, Jack was thrilled. The two had a real connection right away, and as Jack was beginning preliminary work on Window Shopping, he asked if Ken might be interested in contributing a song or making an appearance on the album. Ken was more than interested, and in addition to producing the CD, he provided all the guitar tracks as well as an original composition entitled “Bright Spot.” “It was great working with Ken on this project and drawing on his experience not only as a musician and producer, but also as a label owner and an icon in this genre for years,” says Jack.
An unpredicted firestorm of accolades followed the release of Window Shopping. A 2006 top ten with Smooth Jazz News, Window Shopping would also find itself a favorite on several other year-end lists and reviewers.
“I’m very flattered by being included in these lists and owe a lot of thanks to my fans,” said Jack. “Window Shopping has opened up so many doors for me. The band and I are really psyched about 2007 and look forward to reaching out to an even larger audience.”
What the critics are saying about Window Shopping:
“It’s jam packed full of talent with its highlight being some of the hottest, most sophisticated sax playing around today.”
- Susan Lozinak, Jazz Review
“…sophisticated arrangements, creative improvisation and stellar musicianship.”
- Ian Cooke, ContemporaryJazz.com
“…one of the most refreshing, stylish and urbane new CDs we've heard this year.”
- Sandy Shore, SmoothJazz.com
Jack is currently endorsed by Yamaha saxophones and SD Systems microphones. As an endorsee and clinician, he has performed clinics and concerts throughout the United States as well as Mexico and countries of the Pacific Rim.

Earth, Wind and Fire's Ralph Johnson comes forth with his smooth jazz solo project, aided by Morris Pleasure on piano and bass (Earth,Wind and Fire, Janet Jackson, Boney James) and Steen Kyed on acoustic guitar. Special guests include George Duke, Philip Bailey, Howard Hewett and Jonathan Butler. Smooth Jazz with an R&B edge and World Music diversity. TRANSOCEANIC is an expansive, deep album of premium-quality tracks from Earth, Wind and Fire drummer/vocalist Ralph Johnson, keyboardist/bassist Morris Pleasure, and Danish guitarist Steen Kyed, together known as Audio Caviar. Now those key points alone should be enough to pique your interest in this fascinating and extremely satisfying musical odyssey. Add Philip Bailey's exquisite voicing on the beautiful and sensuous "Dominique" (the first radio single), George Duke's incredible performance on the lush "The Island," Jonathan Butler's superb vocal work on the entrancing "Legends of Ratava," and Howard Hewett's soulful reading of "Love Comes in Time" and the result is an amazingly warm and exciting package of music. The ties to Earth, Wind and Fire are unmistakable and bring a comfort level and familiarity to the whole sound and feel of this project. You can probably tell that I'm impressed with this recording. I love the depth and richness of Audio Caviar's music, but I'm also totally into the positive, spiritual vibe that comes through clearly in every performance. The group came about from Ralph's and Morris' April, 2000 meeting in Copenhagen to begin a new conceptual jazz project. TRANSOCEANIC (recorded in both Copenhagen and Los Angeles) is Audio Caviar's first release, and brings with it the promise of much more to come from this emerging super group. Their music has been described as "Smooth Jazz with an R&B edge and World Music Diversity." I call it simply "superb." When you hear it, I think you'll agree!

What it takes to make a great record, especially if it's a debut album? Probably a lot of things, but you should count on having a plenty of resources in one's mind and ability to use most of them at the right time, know-how capability and, of course, enough talent to pull everything together. Well, Dimitar Bozikov happens to be one of that rare breed on today's contemporary scene and surely deserves as much wider exposure as possible. Macedonia is well known for its rich musical heritage and talented musicians and Dimitar has probably the best export potential of them all, and "Guitarland", if there's any justice in music world, should open a lot of doors for him. This is expertly executed instrumental music with brilliant skill of composer and performer whose future seems bright and I'd like to quote my friend, great organ player Jon Hammond who said: "The fingers are the singers"!

Frani is a beautifully talented singer and songwriter whose debut album, Set Free, is a diverse collection of powerful entertainment.
Written and produced in collaboration with David Sparkman, Frani demonstrates an extraordinary vocal range and passionate sense of heartfelt sincerity in her music. The soulful, yet emotionally expressive blend of modern pop, RnB, and country rock sounds she delivers is further proof that Frani's style is unique.
From the beguiling vocals in her sultry ballad "The Love Inside" to the edgy-rock experience of "Tricked", each track leaves listeners spellbound and eager to hear more.
As they listen on to the very catchy cover track, "Set Free," which is an upbeat, celebratory, inspirationally crafted pop-tune, to the hard-hitting, country-rock feel of "Everytime Our Bodies Meet," they will want nothing more but to stay captivated in the aura of her presence.

One of Western New York’s premiere instrumental performers, Jack Prybylski’s (purr-bill-ski) career as an award-winning saxophone player has included nine full-length recordings, endorsements, world travel and the opportunity to work with some of the most respected names in contemporary music.
Jack grew up in a suburb of Buffalo, New York and first got his hands on a saxophone when he was in the third grade. The young student cut his teeth on Chicago and the hot soul bands of the day like Earth, Wind and Fire. His musical explorations led from soul to jazz and influential players like Tom Scott and David Sanborn. After graduating from State University of New York at Buffalo, Jack would make a name for himself by paying his dues on the East Coast club scene.
Over the years Jack has been fortunate enough to further study saxophone with renowned jazz players David Leibman, Tim Price, David Schaivone and, former Buffalo Philharmonic bass clarinetist/saxophonist Edward Yadzinski. As a recording artist, he has released seven albums with Buffalo-based eclectic jazz group Them Jazzbeards, including the soundtrack for the motion picture Shadow Creature. As a performer, Jack has shared the stage with many of the top names in contemporary jazz including Richard Elliott, David Sanborn, The Rippingtons, and Spyro Gyra, and has performed with the prestigious Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. Jack is an eight-time recipient of the Buffalo Music Awards top saxophonist award.
In 2001, Jack released his solo debut Soho Strut, which produced the Internet radio single Mandalay Bay. Smoothjazz.com President Sandy Shore hailed the CD as "Filling in the cracks between modern jazz and Smooth Jazz... Soho Strut is packed full with great compositions, sophisticated arrangements, creative improvisation, and stellar musicianship.”
