How's this to let a girl know what road to take! Angel's very first recording on the Dizzy Gillespie CD, "Closer To The Source", was nominated for a Grammy award. Her road has taken turns leading her to work with such heavy hitters as Quincy, Michael Jackson, Chaka Kahn and Celine Dion. She's toured with Bruce Springsteen, Steven Segal and Mary J. Blige. Her TV credits include film soundtracts such as "Fried Green Tomatoes and the special "Out All Nite" Pattie Labelle. She's even made a couple of film appearances one being the up and coming film with Denzel Washington, "American Gangsters". Angel has accomplished a lot over time but she says, "nothing feels as good as doing it on your own. Doesn't matter if it's major or Indie.
