Samla Mammas Manna started in the early seventies and are still a vivid band and an evident part of the progressive music today under different names as Zamla Mammaz Manna, Von Zamla. This intense and energetic music is filled with happy pranks and fast turnings and has for more than 25 years amused its listeners all over the world. Frontman Lars Hollmer has beside his solo carrier also been part of several international musical constellations.

Samla Mammas Manna's live performances developed into something of their own and they could make the audience do almost anything they wanted during the concerts. This second album from 1973 is therefore more vivid than the first after they've been touring a lot. This CD issue contains bonus tracks from 1970.

This the first release of this progressive band from 1970. This first record is melodious and beautiful with Lars Hollmers piano in the centre and contains extensive bonus material. They later developed into a more expressive and progressive form of rock.
