Ane has done her very own version of the song "Big in Japan" by Alphaville!
The song was recorded to be part of the soundtrack for the Swedish tv-documentary "Stor i Japan" on TV6.

”Sketches” contains demo versions of the songs from Ane Brun’s latest studio album ”Changing of the seasons”.
The songs are mostly performed with voice and guitar or voice and piano. We are excited to release these versions, as they have something different.
The simplicity of the production, and also the presence in the performance when recording a song for the first time tends to add something special.
And for the live-audience; if you see Ane at a solo-show, this would be more or less the way she would play them.
”Sketches” also presents two new tracks, “Miss Moaning” and “My baby's Arms”. Both favorites of Ane’s, but they didn’t fit the context of the album ”Changing of the Seasons”. We are happy to present them to the listeners!

It's a spine-tingling, soul-soothing remix where her simple, introspective lyrics are a perfect fit for Henrik's sensibilities before Dixon and Dennis Ferrer edit the track in equally excellent and subtle ways. Big, anthemic house music done the right way.
