By buying your videos and music, you support your favourite artist and that enables them to produce more great art for you to enjoy. All the music on this web site are encoded at a high bit rate to give you the best sound quality. We try to provide all tracks in 320 kbps as it is the highest quality available, while the majority MP3s found on the illegal P2P networks are of lower quality.
Also, all products sold through Klicktrack has no DRM or copy protection built in. We treat our customers with respect and do not automatically assume you are criminals.
WHY MP3?
Since the MP3 format is the most popular and widely spread format, which most players read, we have decided on selling the music as MP3s. It is the format that most people want at the moment. In the future we might support other formats too.
WHAT BITRATE AND QUALITY ARE YOUR MP3 FILES?
Most albums are available in 320 kbps CBR. However some tracks are in lower bit rates specified on the album page. All tracks are in 44,1 kHz stereo.
CAN I PREVIEW THE TRACKS/VIDEOS BEFORE I BUY?
Of course you can. By clicking on 'Play' button next to a track a preview version of the item is loaded and you can start listening to a 30 second segment. You can click any part of the timeline to listen to a particular segment. The preview player plays a low-quality (and quick-loading) version of the item. The item bought and downloaded is in full quality.
DOES IT MATTER WHERE I AM FROM?
The majority of albums are available worldwide. If an album is not available in your country it will say so on the album page and the buy buttons will be disabled.
CAN I DOWNLOAD FROM YOU WITH A 56K MODEM?
Sure you can but it will probably take you a very long time. You will see the estimated download time next to your order when purchasing.
WHY IS MY DOWNLOAD TAKING SO LONG
At busy times downloading may take a little longer, also depending on your location and network conditions the speed can be affected negatively.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DOWNLOAD A FILE WITH AN ERROR OR GLITCH?
You have to let us know immediately if that happens. There might be a problem with that file and we might need to replace it. Please e-mail us at support@klicktrack.com and tell us what's wrong and we will get you the correct file instead.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A DOWNLOAD FAILS MIDWAY THROUGH?
Your order will remain on the download page so if you have not closed your browser just try and download again. If you need to retry a download after you've left the download page you can visit the 'Account' page. If there's any other problems please e-mail support@klicktrack.com.
WHERE IS MY DOWNLOAD? I CAN'T FIND THE FILES!
Some browsers (for example Safari) will automatically unzip your download. Look for a folder named after the artist. It is also common for browsers to save downloaded files on your desktop.
WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY DELETE A SONG OR OTHER MEDIA FILE FROM MY HARD DRIVE?
Once you have successfully downloaded a file, the transaction is completed and the file becomes your responsibility. Make sure you backup your purchases! There is no restriction how many personal backups you can make.
PAYING OVER THE INTERNET IS IT SAFE?
Some people are a bit hesitant about leaving out their credit card number over the Internet. This web site uses a technology called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) that allows your order data to be sent over the Internet encrypted and impossible to 'steal'!
