Hey, sommeren forsvant!

Aché means positive energy, a powerful and positive energy that flows through the artist's personality and music.
Ove-Kenneth Nilsen was given that nickname by the capoeira master China during a trip to Brazil. Axé (pronounced ah-che) was also quickly adopted as his nickname outside capoeira circles.
While working on a music video on the Caribbean island of Trinidad, he met Mikkel Aakervik, a driving force in the Oslo soul/funk scene. Aakervik invited Aché to perform at the Groove Experience club night with his band Vibe.
The first person, however, to recognise Aché's potential was the multi-talented Preben Grieg-Halvorsen, who helped turn Aché's passion into a serious project.
Aché is managed by Kai Lofthus at Dig Music.

Breed were founded by Maurice Adams and Damage Karlsen. Damage and Maurice played in the band Sundog together and after the demise of that band, split ways. They found back together after Damage had continuously mailed Maurice his demos.
They took the tapes to the drummer and jammed them out. After that intense jam session they knew they had something solid and Breed became reality.
The making of the album saw the band spending countless days in the caravan Damage lived in situated right outside the studio. Once done with the album they all moved to Oslo. Trying out several bass players they finally got Mads to pound for them making Mads an essential part of Breed.
Breed were picked up by FaceFront who released their first album. The album was recorded at Caliban (N) and mixed at Fredman (S). The band also got great reviews, including 5 out of 6 points in Norway's no. 1 newspaper VG.
Breed are writing new music again, and ready to kick your ass from a stage somewhere.
Keep the dream alive!

A blend of midnight melodies, bittersweet melancholy and sweeping romanticism.
They were fashioned in the digital realm an electronic duo in January 2004, around the peerless song writing of Beggi Dan & Jón Gunnar, eventually becoming a full-blown six-piece band.
Shadow Parade moved from Akureyri to Reykjavík in pursuit of their music dream. With the relocation came a musical re-think. The originally duo decided the classic material they where producing would benefit from a broader sound palette and the warmth of traditional instruments.
The first recruits to the expanded line up were brothers Andri Magnusson (bass) and Magnus Orn Magnusson (drums). As a rhythm section they have a telepathic groove that only siblings can produce. With the advent of such rhythmic dynamism the hard drive was switched off and the songs began to blossom. Shadow Parade completed their line up with the addition of Orn Eldjarn on guitar and Bjarni Margeirsson on keyboards, and the rich complex sound of Shadow Parade was completed.
Shadow Parade are masters of the carefully crafted gritty folky-rock with additional darkness and starling intent. The mix of gravity defying guitars and emotive vocals that fly from the speakers and bury themselves in your memory.
This is music with passion, soul and depth. Shadow Parade's hard work and talent is unleashed on the world in the form of their debut album Dubious Intentions.
