    Deutsch Nepal continues the trip into the dystopian surroundings of Black City with the release of Rapist Park Junktion. Eight tracks striving into totally different direction, playful in a dark depressing way depraved as the titletrack RPJ or psychedelic ambient as Amygdala. The physical release was released by Autarkeia.org in the form of a 2x7”-vinyl in March 2011. For over twenty years Deutsch Nepal have haunted the industrial scene with new explorations of sound and odd constructions RPJ is just another stop before moving on to new levels. The digital release is spiced up with two exclusive extra tracks “Regen” and “Balnitza Babichek”. Total time 34min.

    Deutsch Nepal is one of the few more Industrial bands that found a sound of its very own right from the start - which in this case was as early as 1990, the warm psychedelic tribals has always had an unsettling and hypnotic twist, and also become the bands trademark. The spellbounding feeling known from the numerous live performances has finally made the way into the studio and I dare to say this is the best Deutsch Nepal to date. Never has the sound been more accurate, never has the vocals been stronger.

    Deutsch Nepal - A Silent Siege is a conclusion of over ten years of recording for the Silence-triology. This triology had the theme of the right to remain Silent...not having to say a word about anything, the freedom to judge over nothing and no one. To just be, without trying to influence or change, without supporting or taking part in the game, to place oneself apart from the standards working in our society, not because one is excluded...but of ones own will. The monitoring activity of a Silent Siege in which I belive.

    A Silent Siege was recorded between 1991 -2002 at Generalstab Studios and all music by Lina baby Doll. Mastered and edited by Peter Andersson at Studio Skogs-Sara.

    "When you stick your hand into a mixed bag, you're not sure what you'll grab; but when the bag is labeled deutsch nepal, you can at least know you'll pull out something strange, dark and wonderful. Known for his recordings on both Staalplaat and Cold Meat Industry label, the man known as Lina Baby Doll eats away at ordinary sounds with the experimental erosion.

    Ominous and deep, EROSION is a chasmic drone, twisting away in several warped layers, including what seems to have been a vocal chant (and maybe a goat?). Considerably airier, tough still murky, SURGERY II simmers in a bed of electronic haze and a heartbeat rhythm; a distorted set of repeating samples eventually makes themselves clear. Expect sonic surrealism when traversing COLLAPSING SURFACE (13:56); backed by a thudding, mechanical rhythm, a strummy, clunky foreground loop is suffused with deep dragon's breath and softer tweedles and machine hum. All evolves, though never straying too far from its original course, then quietly dissipates.
    Like a musical phantasm from some haunted parlour, the reprocessed organ dirge of HOW LOW... is a melancholy beauty. A distantly low-fi vocal is backed by fluttering Gothic (and processed) keyboarding. Truly the odd piece out, YOU'RE JUST A TOY (2:43) is a 1940's style duet assumedly borrowed from someone's old 78-rpm record or from an old movie. It's a non-politically-correct lo...

This time slow synthetic pulses create an undercurrent of rhythms and movement, with occasional samples of voices drifting in and out over the top - sometimes almost like chill ambience. with a sensual flute or sample hooking you into the moment, but dark and deeper than anything you'll find in this genre.
