DJ Foundation is 22 year-old Ali Falsafi of Mosul, Iraq. His 2006 double-A “God Is Dead/I Shot U Babe (feat Sunni & Shia)” provoked love and loathing in equal measure, picking up death threats from his Myspace ‘friends’ (see below) and adulation from Drowned In Sound, XFM, Rough Trade (UK), XLR8R, WMFU (USA) and many others.
