Lonehill Estate, four piece band from Johannesburg, are one of Southern Africa’s top performing artists. They have coined the term neon-rock to best describe their style. EP Phone Home is Lonehill Estate’s third official release and contains their number 1 hit singles Gangstar, Technoband and Daans! The EP also features the band’s eco friendly chart topper The Green Pocket, a face melting dub-step version of Daans! and the brand spanking new offering from the neon rockers called ROUNDHOUSE KICK TO THE FACE. An absolute must for Lonehill Estate fans and party rockers all over the world.

A cheeky blend of electro-pop and rock, their current material has evolved from their previous more acoustic guitar-driven sound. The band have been together since 2005 and have seen a few member changes over the years. Their current line-up is tighter than ever with original members Nathan Ro (lead vox, guitar) and Dave Waugh (guitar) being joined by Mark Van Den Berg (bass) and Herman Roslee (drums). Their songs Gangstar, Green Pocket and Techno band all achieved chart success but it was their most recent hit Daans! that claimed the number one spot on South Africa’s national Top 40 station, 5fm. This digital EP precedes their anticipated third full album, which will be released in March 2012.
