Danceable folk, bedroom disco, gentle funk, and lost love laments; these are just a few facets of Rubies. Their dynamic sound ranges from huge, synth-led dance-floor fillers, to more intimate

Their sound is perfectly formed pop songs, born out of minimal percussion, beautiful arrangements and heartfelt lyrics. The electro tinged warmth of
I Feel Electric is no exception. Leslie Feist features on guest vocals on 'Electric'. Electric certainly falls into the category of dance-floor filler. Opening like a hidden track from Power, Corruption & Lies, layers of synth build and build over Terri Loewenthal’s pounding bass line, before Simone’s effortlessly beautiful voice makes the track all their own. Add Amy Cooper's shimmering guitar and the harmonies of all three Rubies and the resultant track is pop perfection.

Besides the main track Max Essa remix 'Electric' and the uncomparable Studio do their version of 'Room without a key'.
