    Suck Shaft is a new exciting dj/producer duo from Sweden who have been buzzing for some time online. They describe their sound as spectacular modern hood-rat-electro with a distinguished whiff of classic glittery 80s funk soul and 70s rock as well as dubstep, french wave and big-beat. Since meeting and becoming close friends back in 2003 Ludvig Parment & Johan Busk have been producing music, starting out with mostly hip-hop and electro. They've moved back to Stockholm after a year in Manchester back in 2008, where they went for inspiration and to get away. To get by, Ludvig and Johan started to spin records - without any contacts whatsoever. Slumming it for a while until they decided to take their new found skills back home. Broke and exhausted, but full of inspiration, they to move back to Stockholm, started their own successful club concept (Atlantis), and soon had several cool remixes and new tracks flowing around the world wide web. It didn't take long until they were noticed by their current label Despotz Records.
