    "Electroshocks for Authorities" is the Debut album from The Outstand. Although they had released a MCD (White Cane) and a 7" (S/T), this became their big break. With their new and original sounding FuzzRock and Dead Kennedy's like vocals, they shock the swedish music climate in the late 90's. Although they didnt get the attention they deserved at the time, this album has almost become a classic... Enough said.
