Skalka is a lost single from 1999 - out now to celebrate the bands 20 years anniversary. Produced by Stefan Brisland-Ferner from Garmarna. The cooperation with Stefan in the producerseat meant a new focus and new sounds for the band and the tracks could have been released by the band today.
We are happy to release these gems from 1999 today.
These two songs "Skalka" & "Monday" have never been released before; with the exception that Skalka was a bonus track on the Japanese version of the Trampoline album in 2003.

The Confusions album number eight – A Permanent Marker - got a slow start when it was released late last year but have lately received a lot of airplay in Spain, Japan and other countries and slow but surely the band have reached new fans. After a great festival season for the band with many great gigs, it’s now time for the second single from the album. And not just a single – its six track EP and a great new video to the title track.
The band has done everything that a Swedish indie band can survive. Everything from touring US and Russia, doing success on indie labels and disaster on a major label and having a song on MTV as number one. And a lot between…And always in constant development. This EP shows something of what their capable of. Here´s everything from the steady beat of the title track to a indie gospel and the very personal touch of the last track – Nothing but a shadow.

Last years The Story Behind The Story became the bands most critically acclaimed record ever and also the most sold one since 1996 Everyone’s Invited. The Story Behind The Story even made it as record of the year in Peru…
A Permanent Marker shows a band in strong and constant development and a band that still is hungry and very much alive.
First single – I won’t be sober when this is over. One track that keyboardess Zarah sings. She did her vocal debut on the title track on the last album and on the new one have two tracks with Zarah on lead vocals.

In 1995 a gang of teenagers and childhood friends formed my Orchard. In December 2008 they decided that it was over and held a funeral concert for fans and friends. At a fully packed evening at rock club Pipeline they did their last concert on the 26th of December and friends and other bands joined in and contributed and the whole thing was filmed to be included in a documentary by Camilla Söderberg which follows the band from the early days until now.
They toured Sweden a lot but also made gigs in London and New York and have been a frequent guest at national radio P3s playlist. Quite a lot of their songs have also made it to films and TV-games. Their first two albums Grebo (1999), Five Years Long and Tall as A Dream (2001) and the EP Too Cool for School were produced by new wave legend and John Peel-favourite Jörgen Cremonese. Their debut album featured indie pop princess Marit Bergman on several tracks and she also joined the band on vocals and keyboards for the Popstad 1999 radioshow.
Their third album Silhouettes (2004) was their most successful both artistically and commercially and is by now almost sold out. A List of Thing was frequently played on national radio and the video had high rotation both on ZTV and MTV
We decided to mix the tracks recorded for the bands never finished 4th album to give away at the funeral gig but the result was so great that we turned it into a proper release.
It’s with great pride we release the bands final and best album. ...
