Stars in Coma's second album is finally here. "Sisters" was recorded during various sessions in 2008 and feature guest appearances from Linda Anderson (formely known as Elfi) and Alexis Hall (from Australian band The Motifs). This is our soundtrack for this spring/summer. Enjoy!

This is the anticipated second album from Celestial, the work of Swede Andreas Hagman. The album is filled with beautiful pieces of dreamy pop, jangly guitars, ace melodies and vocals from heaven.
We believe this release will be loved by those who appreciate the essence of Creation and Sarah Records, Swedish pop, The Field Mice, Ride, Trembling Blue Stars, My Favorite, Language of Flowers and Camera Obscura.
The wonderful vocals on the recordings belong to Malin Dahlberg (Douglas Heart, Laurel Music, We Are Soldiers We Have Guns) and Ulrika Nymark (Northern Fields).
While first album "Dream On" draw resemblance to C86, JAMC or a sunkissed Ride the new album shows a band changing towards a slightly cleaner soundscape still cherishing their old 7" singles.
“You only dream about yesterdays. There and back again, there and back again..."

This album is a compilation of songs, some old, some new, that represents the perfect introduction to Stars In Coma's ace pop music.

Fireflies is Lisle Mitnik. He grew up in the tundras of New England playing classical piano and one day he moved to California to go to school and decided to start writing songs. He bought a portastudio and started recording, combining his love for lo-fi indie recordings of the 1980s and 90s with his unrefined knowledge of classical arrangement. He try to craft each song into a tiny snow-globe-sized universe you can curl up in and get lost for a little while. We believe that this release will be loved by those who appreciate: The Clientele, Field Mice, Beach Boys, Nick Drake, Galaxie 500, The Cat’s Miaow, Her Space Holiday, Nobuo Uematsu, The Softies, Belle & Sebastian, Françoise Hardy and Trembling Blue Stars.

The last day of summer has been and gone. But there's one good thing with this day. The good thing is Celestial's four remixes of songs that previously was released on his debut album “Dream On” and on the seven inch single “Fragile heart”. Please, enjoy.

Stars in Coma has made a new EP available for us. Oh, it’s really great! The EP entitled “Moonshine Heights” sees this Swedish one-man band taking a new approach in production style with a more danceable and dreamy sound. Maybe this is the songs that will start your next summer night off!
