This St. Louis band have been self-releasing albums since 2003, and now Battlegod picks up their latest, 'Ghanima,' for worldwide distribution. Harkonin play vicious black metal with heavy influences from thrash metal. This, their third album, originally came out in 2006, and this 2008 Battlegod version adds tracks from their 2005 album, 'Sermons of Anguish,' plus a killer cover of Whiplash's "Last Man Alive"!
