Following a vicious four-track demo; Portland's Ritual Necromancy began the ground-work for their full-length, the soon-to-be titled "Oath of the Abyss.” Early on it was quite evident that Ritual Necromancy wasn’t the type of band that was going to lift the spirits of the listener with easy going music. The eerie cover art for “Oath of the Abyss,” created by Josh McAlear, is an early indication of the type of punishing treat the recipient shall receive. With no compromise, “Oath of the Abyss” is a murky and sinister debut that delivers exhausting and suffocating death metal in spades. Eight tracks; thirty-eight minutes – “Oath of the Abyss” is a reminder that beneath metal’s crusty exterior lies hidden gems that still can be uncovered if a listener is willing to look hard enough.

After their promising demo and a split LP with Nekrokrist SS, NATTFOG present their debut full-length, Mustan Auringon Riitti (English: "The Rite of the Black Sun"), through HAMMER OF HATE. NATTFOG originate from the southern shores of Finland, tormented by icy seawinds. Their style can easily be connected to the masterful Finnish black metal sound in the vein of SATANIC WARMASTER, SARGEIST, HORNA, and GOATMOON with a raw-yet-melodic approach: genuine underground black etal. Mustan Auringon Riitti is full of melancholic soundscapes but with a strong sense of proud warspirit, much like is the nature of a typical Finnish man. The lyrics of Mustan Auringon Riitti deal with a strong occult theme and old Northern/Scandinavian mythologies with a sense of national pride. The debut of NATTFOG will definitely not go unnoticed and strengthens the already well-known Finnish underground black metal excellence.

The debut album from a band from Moscow representing two famous musicians in line-up: A.K. iEezor (Comatose Vigil, Abstract Spirit) and Homer (ex-Who Dies In Siberian Slush). «Sea Of Infinity» consists of five doom death metal tracks including one instrumental.
