”Det beslutande organet” (The Governing Body) is the second album from Skriet. Skriet are Isak Sundström (Pascal) and film maker Jacob Frössén. Their self titled debut album was hailed in unison by the critics. On this album, they take their atmospheric and at times psychedelic rock up a level and it is no exaggeration to say that Skriet is one of the most unique Swedish bands of today.
