Since 1997 or so Jacob and Marcus had been working with their two guitars and voices to compose a bunch of songs. They approached Per from Melscrub sometime in 1999 to have him record a few drum tracks with them. The collaboration With Per ended up in much more than drumtracks though as he and Janosch ended up moving into Melscrub Studios to record what was to become "Inhere Outthere". A record that was to place Janosch firmly in the heads of the independent music community of Denmark as well as prime time rotation on national Danish radio which is not exactly known for its alternative music profile. With just their guitars, a home studio and imagination Janosch managed to do what many bands backed by much larger labels and much larger funds have not: Produced a profoundly personal record of an ambitious musical standard, and getting it out to an audience that would normally not get the chance to get aquainted with other than mainstream radio muzak.
