    Incredibly enjoyable New Orleans R&B with influences of funk, rock, caribbean music and soul. A masterpiece in it’s own right, with twelve strong tracks.

    The album opens with a funkified “Monkey” and swamp rock in “People”. Ulf Sandström’s experiences of gospel music from his erratic journeys along the Mississippi river are duly noted both in “I Will” and “Crossroads”, which flirts with the location where Robert Johnsson allegedly sold his soul. Ska-pop renegade Bo Gustafsson flaunts his heritage from the 80’s cult group Dag Vag in “Love in a Clock (1234)” and “Tell Me Why”. In “Quantico” the morning buss is hijacked by a housewife and steers naked towards Mexico. “Hoodoo Voodoo Man” is classic rock’n roll energy and “How Long Ago” builds a bridge between Kingston and eternity. This is a trip you will remember with a smile.
