This release is dedicated to everyone who has a sense of romance and humour! Romance flows abundantly in the delightful Lovelight, but with Happy Harold all the pent-up restrictions of the soul are set free, and a broad smile – to say nothing of a roar of laughter – demolishes (thank heavens!) the preceding serious facade. Some advice and a warning: in Dancing Tonight we find out what can happen during a dance evening – after the usual smooth-as-silk beginning and the imbibing of firewater (alcohol!) it’s time for some peculiar body movements (the dancing). Gradually the mood becomes more and more “close contact” up until the very last chance – oops! I mean the last dance. Last of all comes the journey home with all the extra accessories – and at that point I leave the concluding delicate business to your own vivid imagination… As the recording continues the situation keeps getting worse. We feel intoxicated with happiness and filled with bliss – right up until the demand for payment comes in the last composition: Cosmic Love – Trial and Discussion
Yngve Gamlin is Sweden’s expert at talking nonsense in various languages but without using a single word that actually exists – he is a true genius! In this piece he accuses Ralph Lundsten of having composed immoral music.
