Menticide - the latest signing to SubSpace Communications - made their first public appearance at the Tinitus Pre-Party 2006, where they presented a set of brutal yet melodic industrial body music. This self-titled single is the first official release by the duo of Christiaan Riemslag (noise) and Johan van Damm (voice), after numerous demos and live shows under their previous moniker Volt. The main track "Wrong" is an aggressive uptempo song with haunting vocals, whereas "Getting Away" is a more laidback and much darker journey. For this release, "Wrong" has also been remixed exclusively by the up'n'coming artist/producer Biomekkanik.
