This is Laakso's first release ever. We wanted to have one pop song on the EP - it became Long Beach - one longer slightly darker song - Out of Taste - one in finnish - Vesi - and one acoustic one - Aino. In this way this EP really represented all the different sides of Laakso by that time. Even though Laakso is a noisier band today, I must say that I believe that the song "Long Beach" represent everything that Laakso is. I think the girl in the song is the muse that kicked off Laakso and maybe still gets them going.
